ANTM Cycle 17 All Stars Sure to Bring the DRAMA!?

ANTM Cycle 17 to be "All Stars" Season?!

This is a reminder to all the ANTM fans, haters and models alike.Earlier this month.......

ANTM Cycle 17 was announced not to be "Normal" by enlisting past "losers" as the cast. Fans and Haters alike have chimmed in about the recently announced lineup at a special fashion show in LA that includes;

Alexandria Cycle 16-The show's most recent Bad attitude is back
Allison Cycle 12
Angelea Cycle 14
Bianca Cycle 9
Bre Cycle 5-The Working Model! She has and currently does Haircolor/care ads with her Fabulous hair!
Brittany Cycle 4
Camille Cycle 2
Dominique Cycle 10-The true Diva!
Isis Cycle 11 a frequent visitor on Tyra, and now a full blown "woman". Maybe that'll bring her some confidence to serve the bitches?!
Kayla 15
Laura Cycle 13
Lisa Cycle 5-Back from rehab with something to prove!
Shannon Cycle 1-The Orginator!
Sheena Cycle 11, whom has been recently seen in commercials.

Some believe that a few must haves like Cycle 6 Jade, Natasha,YaYa, Toccara and Shandi. Each of these girls may have just not been invited or opted out for their personal reasons but nonetheless, there are "followers" of theirs that will miss their presence.

Word on the street is that Jade turned them down! In a recent tweet Jade said "I declined #ANTM cycle 17 IMMENSELY because my contract was completely Bogus and one sided!...To be Honest #ANTM is all about making "their money" and they do not care about us period!..." WOWWWW Jade may be crazzzzyyy but I must say she has a point.

Now Yaya, a fan favorite and finalist, may not be crazy but would be crazy in my eyes to sign on seeing as though she has a budding acting career appearing in a few movies and even commercials demonstrating her statuesqe dancer pysique.

Natasha is probably unmarried and raising her child, hopefully not unmarried, but it bewildered me as to why a young, foreign girl would be married with a baby as such a young age!...can we say GREEN CARD!

Shandi has been see working a a Brooklyn bar looking more Bohemian than model and is said to have "retired", if you can retire from actually never having a true career.

Toccara for me would have been a hit or miss. She has done some modeling and hosting that has generated some celebrity for her, but to come back and claim the Plus Size model crown for once and all would be another Triumph. Maybe she doesn't want to mess up a good thing?

Haters of the whole ANTM franchise have chimed in all over. Most think the ommitance of Jade is a loss of DRAMA that ANTM partly fuels off of, but why would a 30+ girl be in the running for the title of Americcan Next Top Model? Speaking of age, isn't Cycle 1 Shannon a little up there too?! Not that I believe age hinders a succesful modeling career, because not taking away that Naomi Campbell has been a model for over a decade, she is aging and still working.

Tyra is not doing this season what I believe she has been doing over the last 16 cycles, which has been making "Americas Next Working Model", opposed to "ANTM". Out of all the seasons NONE of the winners have achieved GREAT success outside of being able to be in the lineup with other models for Fashion Weeks nationally and internationally, gain some campaigns, some magazine covers and features. Not a bad gig, but wouldn't hail them as the new Tyra in her hayday. Some winners working but not acheiving great success:

I don't know about you guys but i'll be tuned in. I think since these ladies know the ropes, they will either come in with some attituds of entitlement, or bringing their A game to not be an allstar loser! Stay tuned as I commentate the madness that the girls are sure to bring!
